I would regularly use an app to stay up to date. *

I love push notifications because they are like a little surprise party when you least expect it. *

But I would be annoyed if I got more than 1 per day. But I would be annoyed if I got more than 3 per day. Send all you want, I will just turn push notifications off if I am annoyed (although I obviously promise to check for updates regularly).

Regular daily reminders to pray and encouragements from the Bible would help me stay connected to God during my day and I would like to receive them on my phone. *
