VISION PART 1
Redemption is a welcoming and compassionate community so rich in love that all who encounter it are drawn into relationships of love and acceptance.
1. Our front door is twice as large as our back door. In other words, for every 20 people who start attending and call Redemption home, no more than 10 leave to find a new church home.
2. Community Groups are regularly attended by 75%+ of Sunday attendance.
3. Newcomers to Redemption get involved in ministries beyond Sundays within 3 months of first attending.

Current status
1. No measurement actually taken. Though our steady attendance rate for the last few years suggests we have people leaving at the same rate as the come, so about a 1-1 ratio presently.
2. Over the last two years, about 60% of Sunday attendees have attended Community Groups. As we have less groups now, only about 40% are involved.

VISION PART 2
Every person who enters our doors turns to Christ for salvation, is baptized, and is passionately pursuing intimacy with God.
1. People come to faith at least one a month and we hold a minimum of two baptism services each year, with 12 people being baptized annually.
2. Spiritual growth is in such demand that sessions like theology seminars and other learning opportunities are running continuously.
3. All members engage in personal devotions daily and are equipped with the resources they need to carry on that practice.

1. Currently, we see about 1 salvation per year, with one baptism service that averages 2-3 people being baptized.
2. These opportunities are hit and miss. Some have had excellent attendance, others have been cancelled due to lack of interest.

Christ is powerfully exalted in heartfelt worship by so many that our building can no longer contain our church family.
1. Within 5 years we have to face the "problem" of relocating for Sundays or starting multiple services.
2. Prayer and Worship events outside of Sundays are attended by at least 30% of Sunday attendance.
3. We have a building that is used weekly for younger children's ministry and youth programs.
4. We needed to and were able to hire more full-time staff.

The body of Christ is so unified in the mission of the Church that every attendee knows their gifts and is sacrificially giving of themselves for the sake of the Kingdom.
100% of members know their spiritual gifts and are serving on Sundays and throughout the week at church and in the community.
Potential leaders are identified and offered training, development, and ministry mentoring within the church.
Everyone who calls Redemption home knows their spiritual gifts and has the opportunity to attend a course/program or utilized tools we offer to discover their fit in ministry.
New believers are actively participating in the mission of the church by serving within 3 months of professing faith.

Through bold and innovative efforts, we make a local and global impact, seemingly beyond our means, bringing spiritual and physical restoration in the name of Christ.
1. We generously support at least 5 missionaries.
2. We have a long-term relationship with both local and global missions endeavors, which we support financially and with volunteers.
3. We are known in the community at large as a church that actively serves to eradicate poverty, violence, and suffering in our city.
4. We effectively spend our full Mission budget and grow it from 10% of giving to 20% in 5 years.
