The Leadership Team would like your feedback as we launch the process of discerning God's vision for the future of Redemption!

A vision is a "desired end state". It is a short, practical, tangible, and compelling statement describing the clear "beyond-the-horizon" effect resulting from our ministry. It is a picture of God's preferred future for us.

Current Vision:
By 2016 we will be an attractive, healthy, growing, multi-cultural, and missional community that consistently sees spiritual growth in Christians and regularly celebrates new people coming to faith in Jesus. ​
